SHREVEPORT, La. – Based on the Shreveport Police Division, a baby has been shot in an obvious drive-by, non-targeted taking pictures.
The taking pictures occurred between Rainbow Drive and Harris Avenue simply after 5:30 P.M..
Eyewitnesses on the scene are reporting the kid is about 5 years outdated.
The kid was taken to Ochsner LSU by personal transport.
