Saturday Headlines: Trent Noah and Collin Chandler return to Kentucky Basketball
Good morning, BBN!
An exciting past couple of days as we saw Collin Chandler announce his return on Thursday:
Followed by Trent Noah announcing his return on Friday:
After an up-and-down week in the transfer portal, it was a great end to the week seeing these two freshmen return for their sophomore season.
Both of these players excite me a lot, maybe Chandler slightly more with his athleticism, but if Noah can cut some weight this offseason and replace it with muscle, he could be dangerous next year.
Both showed some great flashes throughout the season.
Trent Noah’s performance against Tennessee both times in the regular season was special.
Collin Chandler’s confidence rising towards the end of the year earned him a serious spot in the rotation, which was awesome to see.
The Cats are still looking for one more player to close the 2025-26 roster. That may end up being Kansas transfer Rylan Griffen.
