PADUCAH — The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels has awarded a grant of almost $2,500 to Lifeline Restoration Heart in Paducah.

Lifeline says the cash might be used to purchase a brand new freezer.

The restoration heart says it serves about 150 folks every year, providing residential remedy for alcohol and drug habit. Lifeline affords companies for women and men, with a males’s campus and a ladies’s campus.

“We’re grateful to the Kentucky Colonels and different beneficiant donors who acknowledge the necessity for our program and the worth we offer to purchasers, so these women and men can obtain sobriety to return to their households and jobs,” Lifeline Government Director Ashley Miller stated in a press release launched Thursday.
