Kentucky’s first all-female honor flight takes off this weekend

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – For years, Honor Flight Kentucky has been flying veterans from Lexington to DC to acknowledge them for his or her service. However this weekend, they’re altering issues as much as acknowledge ladies veterans.

For the primary time ever, Honor Flight Kentucky will take off for the nation’s capital with solely ladies on board. The weekend journey can be spent celebrating and honoring the greater than 130 Kentucky ladies.
