Kentucky AG files lawsuit against Chinese platform Temu for alleged data theft

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman is taking legal action against the Chinese online shopping platform Temu, alleging the app has stolen the data of Kentuckians and committed counterfeit violations against some of the state’s iconic brands.
