Transfer visits are continuing this weekend, giving teams one last chance to earn some commitments during this first transfer portal window and ahead of the early signing period, which opens December 20th.

The Kentucky Wildcats had a full guest last weekend, and it appears they have another important transfer target on campus this weekend.

According to a report by Vol Quest, Florida Gators transfer offensive lineman Jalen Farmer has started an official visit to Kentucky this weekend.

A 6-foot-5 and 310-pounder out of Covington (GA), Farmer is coming off a recent visit to Knoxville and the Tennessee Volunteers program. It appears that a decision will be coming shortly after this trip to Kentucky wraps up.

Out of high school, Farmer was a 3-star recruit in the class of 2022 ranked 31st among interior offensive linemen, according to 247 Sports Composite. He held offers from Kentucky, Alabama, Auburn, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, and East Carolina.

After redshirting and logging 29 offensive snaps in 2022, Farmer rarely saw the field in 2023 and logged just 27 snaps.

Before ultimately ending up in Gainesville, former O-line coach Eric Wolford almost earned a commitment from Farmer for Kentucky. Now, it appears the Cats are a strong contender for the talented o-lineman once again.
