Tennessee baseball resumes College World Series play on Wednesday afternoon where they’ll face Florida State for the second time in three games.

The Vols advance to the College World Series finals with a win while Florida State forces another matchup between the two schools on Thursday with a victory.

Rain showers are in the forecast all day on Wednesday so it could be an interesting task for the them to get the game in, but here’s everything to know when the games do begin.

How They Got Here

Tennessee baseball won the first meeting between the two teams in an absolute thriller, turning a three-run ninth inning deficit into a 12-11 walk-off victory. The Vols followed up the win over Florida State by defeating North Carolina 6-1 on Sunday night.

After losing its opener against Tennessee, the Seminoles defeated Virginia 7-3 on Sunday and then North Carolina 9-5 on Tuesday to stave off elimination.
