Florida officially attributes 144 deaths to Hurricane Ian

MIAMI – The Florida Medical Examiners Fee introduced on Friday that Hurricane Ian killed 144 individuals in 19 counties.

The victims embrace 67 in Lee County, 10 in Collier County, 10 in Sarasota County, and 9 in Charlotte County, in response to the Florida Division of Legislation Enforcement’s report.

There have been seven victims in Monroe County, seven in Volusia, 5 in Hillsborough, 5 in Manatee, 5 in Osceola, 4 in Hardee, three in Orange, three in Putnam, two in Hendry, and two in Polk.

The counties with one dying every have been Miami-Dade, DeSoto, Lake, Martin, and St. Lucie.
