Central Florida woman illegally passing a vehicle dies after crashing into concrete pole, deputies say

A car crash claimed the lifetime of a Kissimmee girl Saturday morning.

In keeping with the Polk County Sheriff’s Workplace, Keishly Malave, 30, was touring north on Nation Membership Street in Poinciana round 10:30 a.m. As she approached Wedge Lane, deputies say Malave crossed the double yellow strains on the highway and commenced going northbound within the southbound lane to illegally move a Nissan Altima.

Deputies state she approached the Altima at a excessive charge of velocity and clipped the entrance left facet of the automobile as she tried to reenter the northbound lane to keep away from colliding with oncoming site visitors within the southbound lane. Upon affect, deputies say Malave’s car traveled onto the east shoulder sidewalk and struck a concrete pole.

Malave died on the scene. The motive force of the Altima was not injured. 

The roadway was closed for about 4 hours following the crash.
