Tornado warning in effect in New Castle County, Delaware, National Weather Service says

NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (CBS) — A tornado warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in New Castle County, Delaware, until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Residents in the New Castle County area should seek shelter immediately.

Parts of New Castle County and Chester County in Pennsylvania are also under a flash flood warning until 10 p.m., according to the NWS.
