Rehoboth Beach man faces rape, child abuse charges
A Rehoboth Beach man faces charges of rape and crimes against children going back to 2016, police say.
Ryan Riley was indicted on two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact, continuous sexual abuse of a child, second-degree rape, and sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority or supervision. He was arraigned at Sussex County Superior Court and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $100,000 cash bail.
