Police are looking for the person who vandalized a memorial to a murdered police officer in New Castle County, Delaware.
Someone spray-painted the sign honoring Lt. Joseph Zerbuh. Zerbuh was stabbed and killed while chasing a suspect near Penn Acres Park in 2011.
