Delaware courthouse adds dog to help ease anxiety
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – There is a new officer on obligation at a Delaware courthouse. Officer Vinn is the brand new facility canine at Leonard L. Williams Justice Heart in Wilmington.
His job is to ease nervousness and provide consolation to folks throughout their authorized proceedings.
His handler says he has a relaxed demeanor and is skilled to work in high-stress conditions.
Officer Vinn is a member of the Delaware Capitol police.
