Delaware Chancery Court’s Glasscock Retiring, Chief Justice Says

One of the seven judges sitting on the Delaware Court of Chancery will retire at the end of the year, according to the chief justice of the state’s highest court.

Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. told the state legislature’s Joint Finance Committee on Thursday that Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III is expected to step down in December from the country’s premier venue for corporate litigation, according to a Delaware courts spokesman.
