Concord softball sophomore wins Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to Morgyn Cook of Concord softball, the Delaware Online Athlete of the Week for Week 1 of the spring sports season.
The sophomore went 3-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs in a 22-1 victory over Dickinson and 3-for-3 with a double and triple and three RBIs in a 12-6 win over Middletown.
Cook won an online vote over four other nominees.
The poll is presented by Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists.
