TULSA, Okla. — TPD responded to a 17-year-old shot whereas taking part in with a gun with a 15-year-old round 6:45 p.m. on 88th and Delaware .
Police say the taking pictures appeared unintended and are nonetheless investigating.
The 17-year-old is in crucial situation and the 15-year-old is in custody.
