Nine Dallas Cowboys players earned AP All-Pro honors

The Dallas Cowboys had a league-high nine players earn AP All-Pro honors this season, including four on the first team and five on the second team.

Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, guard Zack Martin, cornerback DaRon Bland and kicker Brandon Aubrey made the first team. Quarterback Dak Prescott, tackle Tyron Smith, guard Tyler Smith, linebacker Micah Parsons and punter Bryan Anger made the second team.

Lamb, Bland and Aubrey are all first-timers to the first team. This is Martin’s third consecutive year making the list, and his seventh overall.

It’s also Prescott’s first time making either team in his eight-year career. Parsons made first-team for two straight years before a second-team appearance this season. He’s been given AP All-Pro honors in all three season he’s played.

Tyron Smith has now made five All-Pro teams, Anger has made two in the past three seasons. Tyler Smith joins Aubrey as Cowboys rookies to make one of the two teams.

The San Francisco 49ers had the next-most players on both teams at seven, followed by the Baltimore Ravens with six. San Francisco led the NFL with five first-team All-Pros.

Dallas finished 12-5 this season under Mike Mike McCarthy, who now facex his old team in the Green Bay Packers Sunday at home.
