Hoque Global plans massive mixed-use near UTD in southern Dallas

Dallas developer Hoque World is plotting a big mixed-use neighborhood in southern Dallas, subsequent to the campus of The College of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas), close to the intersection of I-20 and Lancaster Highway.
