Cowboys cornerback Kelvin Joseph has talked to police in reference to a murder within the Dallas space final March.

Investigators interviewed Joseph on Friday after terming him an individual of curiosity within the capturing dying of 20-year-old Cameron Ray. Dallas police on Saturday arrested Tivione English, 21, and Aries Jones, 28, on homicide prices within the case.

Joseph has not been arrested and police haven’t stated whether or not they are going to attempt to cost him, The Dallas Morning Information reported.

Police stated the deadly pictures have been fired from an SUV that had rolled as much as Ray and a few of his associates following a battle between teams exterior a Dallas nightclub. Per The Morning Information, that surveillance video reveals Joseph collaborating within the battle. Ray was struck within the head and later died at a neighborhood hospital, police stated.

Joseph’s legal professional, Barry Sorrels, stated that his consumer was a passenger within the SUV however didn’t shoot Ray.

“Mr. Ray’s dying is a tragedy, and Kelvin extends his deepest condolences for the household’s loss,” Sorrels stated (through the Dallas Morning Information). “On the night time of March 17, Kelvin was unarmed and was not searching for violence.
