A Central Texas police department is looking for a person involved in a robbery at a Costco that left one woman injured. Austin police are still searching for a person that allegedly robbed a woman at a Costco in North Austin and reportedly dragged the woman in the parking lot with their vehicle, according to Fox 7.

The Austin Police Department reported on December 14 at around 7:44 p.m., that a person robbed the woman by taking her purse in the parking lot of the Costco located at 10401 Research Blvd., according to Fox 7. The woman attempted to recover her purse from the robber but was dragged by the person’s vehicle.

The alleged robber was later caught on surveillance footage using the woman’s credit card to purchase items. MySA reached out to the Austin Police Department to see if the person of interest is still at-large, but did not hear back prior to publication.

Fox 7 reported that the person of interest is described as a Black female, approximately 20 to 30 years old, about 5-feet tall, and a medium build. A surveillance photo obtained by Fox 7 has her last seen wearing a blue Adidas hoodie, blue and white shorts, and brown or tan slippers.
