City of Austin opening Cold Weather Shelters Monday and Tuesday
AUSTIN, Texas – The Metropolis of Austin is activating its Chilly Climate Shelters in a single day on Monday and Tuesday, January 30 and 31.
To register, go to One Texas Heart (OTC), positioned at 505 Barton Springs Highway, from 6 – 8 p.m.
CapMetro will transport individuals who have registered from the OTC to a Chilly Climate Shelter.
Whereas Chilly Climate Shelters are primarily utilized by individuals experiencing homelessness, they’re obtainable to anybody in want of a heat place to spend the night time.
