Betty Jean Domel Obituary (2022)

Betty Jean Domel, 82, of Austin, Texas, handed away Monday, April 11, 2022.
Betty was born on September 6, 1939, in Rockdale, Texas. She grew up in a number of farming communities throughout the Thorndale, Schwertner, Walburg and Bartlett areas. She graduated from Bartlett Excessive College then moved to Austin. There she attended Nixon Clay Faculty whereas working half time at Scarbrough’s Division Retailer downtown. The school referred her to the Texas Training Company the place she remained till her retirement. She loved and was pleased with her 35 ½ years of labor with TEA.
Betty married Louis B. Domel on January 22, 1958, in San Marcos, Texas. They had been fortunately married for 64 years! She loved spending time together with her loving husband, household, and mates. Betty beloved being a sister, spouse, mom, grandmother and nice grandmother. She shall be remembered for her thoughtfulness, kindness, and loving methods.
Betty was preceded in loss of life by her dad and mom, Adolph and Minnie Anna Marx Artieschoufsky, sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Alvin Randig, Jr., sister, Shirley Artieschoufsky, sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws, Marie and Wilfred Fennewald, Martha and Lawrence Jacobson, Frieda and Thomas Hen, Albina and Harold Keszler, and brother-in-law, Joseph J. Domel.
Betty is survived by her loving husband Louis B. Domel, daughter, Jeanne Renee Domel Malone, granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn (Travis) Johnston, grandson, John Malone, Jr., great-grandsons, Robert and Louis Johnston, sister Margie Artieschoufsky, brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Martha Artieschoufsky, brother and sister-in-law, Donny and Susie Artieschoufsky, and quite a few nieces, nephews, and cousins.
