ATCEMS responds to a wilderness rescue in south Austin
AUSTIN, Texas — A patient on the south Mopac Expressway service road has been extricated from a trail, located at 3200 south Mopac Expressway Service road.
In a tweet, the Austin-Travis County Emergency Management Service said the patient is getting ongoing treatment from their medics for non-life threatening heat related complaints.
The medical staff is still determining transportation needs. Currently, there are no further updates planned or available.
