RICHARD “DICK” EUGENE MANN, of Modoc, S.C., handed peacefully on Thursday, Could 12, 2022, at house along with his household by his aspect. Born Dec. 25, 1931, in Muncie, Ind., he was a son of George and Louise Mann. In Muncie, he graduated from Muncie Central Excessive College in 1950, Ball State College in 1953, and married his faculty sweetheart, Barbara Irwin in 1954. Dick graduated from Indiana College College of Medication in 1959 and after a yr of rotating internship, returned to IU Medical Middle for his residency in psychiatry.
