Georgia disaster recovery centers get new hours of operations

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Starting Monday, all Georgia disaster recovery centers will change their hours of operations.

The new hours will be Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. They will be closed on Sundays.

Hurricane survivors may visit any one of FEMA’s disaster recovery centers throughout the state to apply for assistance.

  • The HUB for Community Innovation at 631 Chafee Avenue in Augusta
  • Walker T Norman Gymnasium at 1962 Rowland York Drive in Lincolnton
  • National Guard BID-EOC at 1841 Georgia Highway 24 W in Louisville
  • Sandersville School Building at 514 N Harris Street in Sandersville
  • Southeastern Technical College at 346 Kite Road in Swainsboro
  • Screven County Library at 106 S Community Drive in Sylvania
  • The Thomson Depot at 111 Railroad Street in Thomson
  • The Washington Fire Department Training Room at 212 E Court Street in Washington
