Eisenhower Park deal reached for Masters week parking

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Construction crews were spotted at Eisenhower Park on Wednesday.

If you’re wondering why, it’s because the Augusta Commission approved an updated lease agreement with the Augusta National Golf Club for parking during Masters week.

Documents show this agreement will last until 2026.

The city says the Parks and Recreation Department has no planned projects for Eisenhower Park.
