Diamond Lakes Regional Park closes for the day, city officials say

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Diamond Lakes Regional Park is closed Thursday, based on Augusta metropolis officers.

Each entry gates from Windsor Spring Street and Willis Foreman Street had been locked starting at 10:30 a.m.

Entry to the Diamond Lakes Campground is proscribed to patrons, and reservations will probably be checked on the gate on Willis Foreman Street.

There will probably be no entry to another park areas, together with the Diamond Lakes Library, the Robert Howard Group Middle and the strolling monitor.
