City of Augusta nearly ready to resume normal operations

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – City of Augusta operations will resume on Tuesday, a week and a half after Hurricane Helene.

The Judicial Center and court operations will resume on Wednesday.

“Our emergency response teams have been working around the clock to ensure the safety of residents, and we are now focused on resuming normal city operations,” the city said in a weekend statement.

Anyone in need of additional support is urged to contact Augusta 311 using the MyAugusta 311 app or at 706-821-2300.
