‘Unknown suspect’ stabs 49-year-old man, Atlanta police say

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man is in the hospital after being stabbed by “an unknown suspect,” according to Atlanta police.

Police said officers responded to 855 Peachtree St. NE just after 5:30 a.m. Sunday. They found a 49-year-old man with a stab wound. The man was alert, conscious and breathing and taken to the hospital.

Police said the victim may have been in a “physical dispute” with the attacker.
