Turning point: Garrett Van Wyhe scored the game-winner at 15:16 of the third period, completing the Jacksonville Icemen’s comeback from two goals down to beat the Atlanta Gladiators 3-2 in Friday night’s ECHL hockey at Gas South Arena.

Three stars: 1. Van Wyhe, Jacksonville (one goal). 2. Brendan Harris, Jacksonville (two assists). 3. Christopher Brown, Jacksonville (one goal, one assist).

Penalty box: Icemen forward Dominick Mersch and Gladiators forward Evan Dougherty tangled in a first-period fight.
