Wichita man arrested for abducting child in Arkansas
WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Police Division says it has arrested 35-year-old David E. Roark of Wichita on a number of costs in regards to the abduction of a kid from Arkansas, in addition to excellent warrants from Kentucky.
