Roy was final seen leaving a residence within the 400 block of East 10th St. in Newton, round 9 p.m. on Saturday, Could 6.  Roy didn’t arrive at his resort in Newton and hasn’t been heard from since. Roy drives a lightweight blue 2013 Toyota Corolla bearing Arkansas tag USACRXD. He was final seen sporting a white collared shirt, black pants, and black footwear.
