Arkansas turkey season kicks off with Easter youth turkey hunt

This Easter weekend noticed a particular two-day hunt for Arkansas’s youths to tag a turkey earlier than the die-hard gobbler getters hit the woods for Arkansas’s common turkey season opener, April 17.

Initiated in 2004, the annual Arkansas youth turkey hunt affords two days for hunters 6 to fifteen years outdated to get to the woods
