TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WDAM) – Six Alabama pitchers restricted Southern Miss to a few hits and the Crimson Tide used a seven-run fifth inning for a 13-0 shutout victory Tuesday evening at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

The Golden Eagles fell to 19-12 on the season, whereas Alabama improved to 24-10. The loss snapped a two-game successful streak towards the Crimson Tide.
