Alabama man sues Kraft Heinz, claims lack of lemonade in powder drink mix
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – An Alabama man has filed a class-action lawsuit in opposition to the Kraft Heinz Meals Firm, claiming there’s a scarcity of lemonade within the firm’s “Nation Time” powder drink combine.

“Plaintiff wouldn’t have bought the 19 oz cannisters of Nation Time lemonade and pink lemonade powder drink mixes had he identified that they didn’t include sufficient powder drink combine to make eight quarts of drink as acknowledged on the label,” the lawsuit learn.
