SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

On Might 07, 2023 at roughly 0025 hours, a Trooper assigned to the Williston Barracks performed a motorcar cease for a lane and gear violation on Interstate 89 North at mile marker 95, within the city of Colchester.  In the course of the course of the motorcar cease, the operator supplied a number of false names to regulation enforcement, deflecting the investigation.  The operator was later recognized as Demetrius Moore (31) of Springfield, MA.  Moore was discovered to be working the automobile with a criminally suspended license.

Moore was subsequently arrested and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.  Moore was later launched with a quotation to seem on the Chittenden County Superior Court docket on July 06, 2023 at 0815 hours to reply to the cost of Felony DLS and False Data to Regulation Enforcement.
