Suspect in slaying of Vermont cyclist returned to US
HOUSTON (WCAX) – The girl suspected within the deadly capturing of an expert bicycle owner from Vermont has been returned to the USA.
Kaitlin Armstrong, 34, was captured in Costa Rica final week.
She arrived in Houston on Saturday.
Armstrong had been on the run since Might when police say she murdered Anna Moriah Wilson, a Vermont native who graduated from Burke Mountain Academy.
The capturing occurred in an Austin, Texas, house. Wilson, 25, was discovered lifeless on Might 11. Austin police issued a homicide warrant for Armstrong on Might 19.
