SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – St. Johnsbury Barracks had been suggested of an erratic car touring northbound on I-91 within the better St. Johnsbury space. Troopers rapidly discovered the suspect car and noticed a number of motorized vehicle violations. A site visitors cease was initiated moments later alongside I-91 North, mile marker 135.4, in St. Johnsbury. The operator, Mark Walrod (45), displayed a number of indicators of impairment. Troopers screened Walrod, who was in the end arrested for suspicion of DUI and Leaving Scene of Accident (LSA). Walrod was transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing, earlier than being issued a quotation to seem in Caledonia County Legal Courtroom to reply to the fees of DUI – Refusal and LSA.
