Men used knife, fireplace poker to rob Vermont quick stop, police say

BRANDON, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say a pair of males armed with a knife and a few sort of hearth poker robbed a fast cease in Brandon on Sunday night time.

It occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on the Champlain Farms on Grove Avenue.

Brandon Police say the 2 armed males demanded money from the clerk and took off with an undisclosed amount of cash. They had been seen getting right into a light-colored Subaru that headed west on Champlain Avenue.

Nobody was injured.

Investigators say the lads had been each carrying black sweatshirts and ski masks, with sun shades and light-colored pants.
