The University of Vermont men’s basketball team opens a two-game homestand tonight vs. a familiar foe.
The Catamounts (5-2) play host to Dartmouth (1-3) in the teams’ 109th meeting. Game time at Patrick Gym is set for 7 p.m.
Vermont lost in its last outing, 79-70 at Bradley, while Dartmouth’s defeats have come against Duke, UMass Lowell and St. Louis. The Catamounts defeated St. Louis in the semifinals of the Myrtle Beach Invitational earlier this month.
Last year, Vermont cruised past the Big Green for its 14th straight victory in the series. After tonight, Vermont will host another Ivy League opponent, Yale, on Saturday night.
