“So he turned an orphan on the age of 15 and he was so indignant, so indignant that he beat everyone up he may are available in contact with. He was going to drop out of faculty. And one way or the other, he discovered his method and he bought the motto, no excuses. And it got here collectively. And he went to Ohio State, set the world report within the 400-meter hurdles, after which went on to be a three-time gold medal medalist and the Olympic medal and the Olympics. And I used to be very lucky to jot down his biography and in doing so, we turned shut pals. And I simply thought his no excuses motto was nice. And I began to jot down my e-book, ‘No Excuses’ in regards to the decathlon and the way a younger boy in Vermont bought along with this wounded veteran from the Vietnam Struggle and went on,” Harris stated.
