SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 25^th, 2022 at roughly 0214 hours, an off-duty Swanton Police Division Officer witnessed a car go off the highway. The officer requested Vermont State Police to reply because of the operator being impaired. The Vermont State Police responded and positioned Gingras underneath arrest for DUI. She was transported to VSP – St. Albans for processing. Gingras was issued a quotation to look in Franklin County Superior for the cost of DUI on January 17, 2023 at 0830 hours.
