SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above date and approximate time, VSP Derby Dispatch started receiving reviews of car slide-offs, caught autos, and disabled motorists on VT Rte 242 in Jay, within the space of Jay Peak. Deteriorating climate together with white-out circumstances and a snow-covered street floor in the end resulted in a pure street closure and no less than 5 911 calls from stranded motorists.
