BBF Declares 7 Recipients of 2023 Vermont Early Childhood Fund Grants

Nov. 28, 2022 (WILLISTON, Vt.)—Constructing Brilliant Futures is happy to announce the seven recipients of its Vermont Early Childhood Fund (VECF) for 2023. The fund helps artistic options that may enhance the well-being of youngsters (prenatal–age 8), households, and the Vermont communities by which they reside.

The 2023 VECF grantees will perform the next initiatives:

• Develop a culturally-tailored profession pathway for immigrants dwelling in Southeast Vermont to enter the Early Childhood Training (ECE) subject, led by the Brattleboro Growth Credit score Corp
• Increase household helps delivered by Dad Guild for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations within the larger Burlington space
• Increase entry to imaginative and prescient and listening to screening for younger youngsters by partnerships with the Household Middle of Washington County and Lamoille Household Middle
• Promote inclusion and shatter stereotypes by the work of Little Patakha to spice up illustration in youngsters’s media

Every grantee will work carefully with a BBF Regional Early Childhood Council within the coming 12 months.
