Rhode Island zoo celebrates birth of critically endangered wolf pup
Windfall, R. I. (WJAR) — Roger Williams Park (RWP) Zoo introduced on Friday the start of a critically endangered crimson wolf pup. The pup was born on Could 5 and is a part of what the zoo described because the world’s most endangered canid species. 6-year-old Courageous gave start to the pup and the zoo says is tending to the baby. There are solely 15-20 crimson wolves within the wild, in response to RWP Zoo. The captive crimson wolf inhabitants is regarded as about 250. The pup seems to be nursing and gaining weight.
