Rhode Island DEM to hold public meeting on former Westerly Marina property

WESTERLY — The Rhode Island Division of Environmental Administration’s Workplace of Land Revitalization and Sustainable Supplies Administration’s Focused Brownfield Evaluation (TBA) Program will maintain a public assembly concerning the Westerly Marina property at 6 p.m. Jan. 19 in City Council chambers.

The assembly will cowl DEM’s TBA program and talk about future evaluation actions to be accomplished on the website. The general public could have a chance to be taught concerning the prior use of the location, the anticipated use sooner or later, and the way the evaluation actions accomplished by DEM will assist Westerly remodel the property. Attendees are also invited to share any information they could have concerning the property and voice any issues.
