The RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) announced that East Greenwich resident Victoria Greco has been named as its hospitality training coordinator.  She previously served as an event coordination intern with RIHA.

In her new position, Greco is responsible for coordinating logistics for the Association’s hospitality training courses throughout Rhode Island, identifying classroom opportunities and confirming details with host locations, recruiting students and employees for all certification classes, and managing student registration data and reporting.  She is also responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as it relates to training programs and assisting team members with annual fundraisers, special events, and more.

“Victoria’s can-do attitude and incredible organizational skills make her a perfect match for her new role,” said Dale J. Venturini, President/CEO, RIHA. “She has been an integral part of our team and has proven to be a valuable resource in planning our programs and events.”

Greco’s career in hospitality began in 2012 when she worked as a server and trainer at Texas Roadhouse, after which she joined the Martucci Group, as a server, bartender, and part of the banquet staff. In July 2023, Greco joined RIHA as an event coordination intern, where she focused on planning logistics for the Association’s golf tournament and Stars of the Industry Awards. She also played a key role in managing RIHA’s fundraising efforts for these two major events.
