Police identify man seen on video rampaging at an East Bay bakery, issue warrant

Lolani Finau, 36, of Pittsburg is the client who vandalized the Starbread Bakery & assaulted workers. Warrant issued for his arrest however police are unable to seek out him. 

Pittsburg police say they’ve recognized a person seen on surveillance video rampaging at a bakery final week. Now they’ve issued a warrant for his arrest, however want to seek out him.

On Tuesday, police stated Lolani Finau, 36, of Pittsburg is the person who vandalized Pittsburg’s Starbread Bakery and assaulted its workers. On Monday, July 18, police stated they responded to the bakery on the 2900 block of Harbor Avenue for the report of a buyer who vandalized and assaulted workers. 

Since then, via the investigation and with the cooperation of the enterprise, neighborhood, and media; officers have been in a position to positively determine the person. 

“We’re asking members of the neighborhood to contact the Pittsburg Police Division or native authorities if Finau is seen, however please don’t try contact,” police stated on Tuesday.

Finau has confronted prior prices for vandalism and battery.
