Pittsburgh Police SWAT team surrounds home in Carrick
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A SWAT situation is unfolding in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood.
Dispatch confirmed to KDKA that police, fire, and EMS are all on the scene at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and Brownsville Road.
Police said they were called to the scene around 7:30 a.m. for a domestic dispute.
The man involved barricaded himself inside the home on Stewart Avenue and has access to “multiple weapons.”
