Local non-profit helps avoid the “Summer Slide”
PITTSBURG, Ks. — An area non-profit is trying to assist kids’s literacy over the summer season.
The Pittsburg Household YMCA was remodeled into the “Learn, White and Blue” kids’s e book truthful this morning.
This was due to a partnership between the YMCA, Craw-Kan and the United Manner of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas.
Books have been out there for youngsters as much as the third grade, all totally free.
